Why it is so necessary to move forward with a solution?
Today, the historic Riviera Factory, is in ruins. This situation, creates big problems, at structural levels of the building, with its consequent danger of collapse.
This situation, in an international and growing destination, like the City of Kotor, serves no one. Neither to the Montenegrins, nor the goverment, nor the family.
